We started publishing in 2011. Since coming off a COVID-induced hiatus from 2021-2023, we've published 2 issues each year.
We depend on your submissions!!! Please submit your scholarly articles on leadership and management!

There is no reading or submission fee, and you can submit any format initially. (If you article passes double-blind peer review you will be asked to put the article in the journal format.) Our journal is open access, and there is a required membership in the Institute of Leadership and Management ($150 USD) which includes one open access publication.
